top 10 things im thankful for

I am thankful for way more than just 10 things, but to shorten it ive chosen 10 in NO specific order !!

I am thankful for:

1. my family (brothers, sisters, cousins, aunts, uncles & of course mom & dad, even stepdad =] ) . they support me in any & everything that i do, i love them unconditionally !

2. good health !

3. the brockster ! love is amazing & it feels so good to love someone who loves you back unconditionally . i love you babe, even when youre an ass lol .

4. my close knit circle of friends... they know who they are ! i am sooooo glad we've grown closer & have gotten rid of the bad seeds while doing so. even when we have our disagreements we are still thee closest of girls, & for that, i LOVE you ! (ebony, kiesha, janae)

5. my wonderful job & the ppl i work with. it's not very common you hear someone say "wow, i love my job... i love my boss... i wake up HAPPY to go to work." Those are words from me, that is another family to me.

6. Poly North Staff & teens. Since working with Poly North this year i have established more family bonds with the wondeful ppl at camp. I was accepted in with lots of love & comfort & i thank them & the teens who attend . i love you all as well !

7. my niece janiya & my nephew jason. Being an auntie is a joy to me, i have children who look at me & they may want to follow my footsteps or they may not lol . but setting a good example for them is my job, & they help me become determine to do it correctly . i love you munchkins =]

8. my macbk ! this laptop has been apart of my daily life since ive purchased it ! its how i express myself to my 6 little followers of blogging as well as twitter @yellowthai, facebk & aim.

9. my dog louie . although ive been treating him like a stepchild because he's become a trader & loves my mom more since im never home, i still love that little rascal !

10. life . im thankful to be here on this beautiful earth, in sunny california. life is amazing if you focus on the positive outcomes & not always the negative ones... dont take life for granted !

my apologies ...

ive totally been slacking on my blog . its not by choice, ive just been sooooo occupied with life !! since the last time ive updated... ive been back to poly north, attended a myspace concert for the wonderful Ryan Leslie, celebrated my 22nd birthday (Nov. 19th), & took a mini getaway vacay to San Diego. so you can kind of understand why i havent been on my blogging job !

During Poly North, i experienced riding a horse for the first time EVER... so exciting yet nerve racking ! my horse's name was Dutches, she was very well trained & such a beauty !

dos dos... yes, im no longer 21 :( ... not really a sad story unless i actuall STOP getting carded, thats when im going to feel pretty old . For my birthday i celebrated with a close friend, Kiesha, who turned 19 on the 18th of November ! we invited loads of people to help us party it up at AMF 300 bowling near disneyland . it was a total success !

I then went to San Diego with none other than the brockster . Although we didnt go out anywhere fancy this trip (my choice), i still had an amazing time... its the little things that matter :) . but there was a HUGE surprise waiting for me when i got home from work on my birthday... balloons, flowers, urban outfitters clothing &&&&& ... (drumroll) my Chinese Laundry Over the Knee Leather Boots :) !!! i guess its safe to say, im very spoiled !

i will be posting pictures of all the above events in just a bit !!! enjoooooy .

in a recent concert, plies noticed that there was a young girl in attendance & realized she shouldnt be there... i mean, he is PLiES, no bueno for a child's ears. very shocking right, but a good deed ! well done plies...

easy said than done ...

starting Nov. 3rd, i made a pact to myself that i would stop one of my major bad habits... swearing . my cursing problem isnt riduculously sky rocket high, BUT it isn't peachy keen . Although i had an outburst the night of my first NO swearing day, ive given myself one pass .

from here on out, im hoping, i will be able to improvise & sub words that dont really need to be said . HOWEVER !! if someone or something ticks me off, that might be a different story... but then again, this will help me to think before i speak & have patience...

tonight was craaazy ... from the laker game to the yankee game, i was yelling at the screen for both, both good & bad . in the end, both of the teams i rooted for went home with a W !

the Yankees won the world championship against the Phillies . As far as the lakers, they had me on the edge of my bed !! that was a close game against the rockets, who now have former laker Ariza on their side.

fan or foe ?

today was one of those ... OMG did that really happen, days ! as usual, i tweet random celebs who i follow on twitter ... & today at work i just so happen to have one of the three girls i ABSOLUTELY adore, respond to a msg of mine .

it was so crazy... i was at work & after i tweeted about watching her wedding special preview, my phone rang & texts came in ... "omg khloe replied go look go look." my friends were more hyped than i was at first... i just thought i was being gased up !

not long after she replied, of course i retweeted so that all of my followers could see how excited i was... & thats when i got the "groupie" nickname for the day . i dont understand it though... since when does being a dedicated & happy fan make you a groupie ? im sure if one of their idol celebs responded to them, they'd want to share...

of course, it made me upset, but then i realized... i shouldnt care. i love the Kardashian girls & if i have to be called a groupie for showing my liking, then so be it ! ...

soooo ... this halloween was pretty much a buzzkill. i would tell you the whole story of how my night went BUT there isnt much to tell... got to hollywood & spent the entire time IN THE CAR ... talk about wict !

ugh . there were a few fun moments, but after being in a car for so long & watching the halloween costumes walk lively up & down santa monica blvd & hollywood blvd the night became a quick waste of my youth !

so i took a trip back down memory lane, kinda literally . lol

i went to poly north... its been *blank* years since ive been in the 10th grade & to revisit somewhere that had a lot of influence on me was amazing. from all the hiking to the cold yucky lake, i had a blast ! i missed working with the boys & girls club, so to come to poly north & have some type of good influence on todays young generation made me proud ! these are just a few pictures of the scenery... beautiful right ?

whoa ! i found this photo on the myspace page of the "out of the closet" fashion show casting director louise. i totally remember getting ready for this day, i was sooo nervous, it was my first & it turned out to be a big crowd which made me even more filled with butterflies ! look at my hair & makeup, all i remember was being called "fierce" about 20 times lol . lets face it, this was over the top, but i LOVED every minute of it !

what happens in vegas...

so this past weekend had to be one of the craziest in a while ! i finally went to vegas with a few of my dolls . & amazing is what it was . ive never been intoxicated from morning til night, everyone was so surprised at how i was able to walk around in my 4" heels all night, although i did almost take a tumble.

we started off at jet in the mirage, revolution, tao beach & ended at PURE all in one night which was like royalty ! i dont want to say i felt like my idols "the kk dolls" but i did . the entire night was just full of fun, free drinks, & dancing all night ! i love these girls in the photos above too... a night to remember .

i saw these Chinese Laundry thigh high boots on kourtney kardash's blog & they are to DIE ! i love how theyre flats but have a little wedge at the bottom. with these type of boots, you can dress them up or down ! i super love how she coordinates the Siwy denim shorts [from dash] & her Zara top. this look can be easily achieved !
